I hold a MBA with Distinction from Birmingham Business School and a BSc Honours in Biomedical Sciences with Biochemistry from University of London. I am a Chartered Marketer, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in the UK, as well as a CIM Mentor. I am also a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

My specialist areas include development of business strategy, marketing and sales business models and customer-centric marketing planning.
