Corporate Social Responsibility 

Many larger businesses have corporate social responsibility policies that give staff a certain amount of time away from their jobs across the year to support their local community. It doesn’t matter how big or small your company is, through volunteering your employees can build morale, work together towards common goals and acquire tools and strategies they can continue to use back at work.
